e2bd ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming service provider that operates various entertainment services for users in Bangladesh, including live casino, sports betting and slot games. These terms ("Agreement") define the legal relationship between you ("User", "Member") and e2bd.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact our live support.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any charges related to exchange rates for transactions in foreign currency are the sole responsibility of the member.

3.4 Chargeback Policy

Deliberately filing a false chargeback will be treated as fraud and may result in the permanent closure of the relevant account. e2bd also reserves the right to take applicable legal action in such cases.

e2bd offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses have their own terms that must be followed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means a withdrawal can only be made after wagering an amount equal to 15 times the bonus.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — the list of eligible games is stated on the promotions page.
• It is not possible to combine one active bonus with another, unless stated otherwise.
• After receiving a bonus, the bonus or any winnings earned from it cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

e2bd's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is paid at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Each member is required to observe the following responsibilities while using the platform:

5.1 Account Security

• It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their account login details (username and password) confidential.
• Allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify e2bd support immediately.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, deception or any dishonest conduct
• Playing using automated software, bots or scripts
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Harassing or threatening other members or e2bd staff
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems
• Exploiting any error or bug — any such error must be reported to support immediately

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, and related funds may be forfeited.
